Greece produces some of the best wine in the world, so today, we will visit several wineries and sample a variety of local spirits. You’ll fully unwind as you learn about local wine production, explore a vineyard and wine cellars, and eat local tapas.
By evening, get ready to enjoy a delectable Farewell Dinner before we head out for a night on the town.

Kick off the day with a BTF style photoshoot that will have you rocking one of Santorini’s famous flying dresses while you traipse all over the island to discover all of its iconic locations, while snapping your Insta-worthy photos along the way with our favorite local photographer.
Delight in Santorini’s beauty, hot springs and beaches during a half-day Yacht Excursion. We’ll swim, snorkel, and steam in the Nea Kameni springs.
Oh, did we mention the delicious freshly prepared Greek food and free flow wine? Oh yes! That too. ♥
Plus, by nightfall, we’re headed to the final Supa Dupa Fly event, so you know it’s gonna be lit.

Hi! I'm Deirdre, the founder of Black Travel Fest.
I’ve traveled to more than 60 countries, and I've been living abroad in Bali, Indonesia for the last 5 years.
I founded Black Travel Fest with the goal of seeing more melanated travelers exploring the world and leaving no rock unturned.
I've had the great privilege of hosting more than 400 beautiful melanted travelers across more than 5 countries.

Travel Requirements
Q: What vaccinations are required for travel to santorini?
Q: What entry documents are required?
There are no vaccinations of note that are required to visit Greece at this time, though circumstances are subject to change.
United States citizens do NOT require a visa for entry into Greece. But you’ll need a passport with at least 6 months of validity in order to travel.
Getting there

Q: is transfer included to and from our accommodations?
No. Flights are NOT included in the price, but you can check Secretflying.com, Priceline.com, and Kayak.com (amongst others) to find the best flight prices on the market.
For this, you can also reach out to our preferred agent at onyxtravel@misscicibaby.com for assistance booking flights. She’s aware of the timeline and booking requirements.
If your flight has you arriving on May 27th, you can let us know your budget and we’ll recommend a reasonably priced hotel.
You’ll need a round trip ticket into Santorini (Thira) International Airport (JTR) arriving on May 28th.
The trip is non-refundable; however, it is transferable. This means you are permitted to resell your slot to another participant, but Black Travel Fest is unable to offer a refund. We’ll do our best to assist you in finding a replacement.
Yes, airport transfers are included in the package price. Note, that you will likely be transported to the hotel with other participants, which may require you to wait for up to an hour after landing.
Note: Only travelers with flights arriving into JTR on May 28th and out of JTR on June 3rd will be eligible for an airport transfer.

An alcohol package will not be offered; however, it is recommended that participants plan to purchase a bottle or two at the airport duty free. You may want to have something to sip on in the desert.
Beverages in Santorini are sold by the bottle, as such they are not generally included with your meals. However, you will always have access to mineral water, and beverages can be purchased separately.
Activities, transportation, and housing are included in the package prices. Alcoholic beverages are MOSTLY NOT included in the package price. For reference, alcoholic cocktails average between $7 and $12. Meals that are not included in the package will typically cost between $12-15.
You’ll receive a detailed seasonal packing list in time to grab everything you need for the trip.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance after booking your reservation. If you have questions regarding trip insurance coverage, you may contact Cici Chandler at onyxtravel@misscicibaby.com. If you’re living outside of the United States, contact your local travel agent to purchase travel insurance for the festival.
Cancellation and Transferability
Q: what if i get sick and can't make it? Can i get my money back?

Q: what if the travel to SANTORINI is impossible at the time of the event due to a pandemic or other large scale travel disruption?
All payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another traveler for a fee of $75. Trip insurance can help if you have a need to cancel unexpectedly.
If you have questions regarding trip insurance coverage, please contact Cici Chandler, travel agent with Mahogany Fly International (onyxtravel@misscicibaby.com). If you live outside of the United States, please contact your local travel agent to purchase travel insurance for the festival.
Name changes are permitted for $75 per person. Name Changes are NOT permitted for Roomie Matching Program. Name changes can only be made with people not currently booked for the event. The person taking your place needs to register with a staff member at Amola Enterprises, LLC and provide their credit card information. You must work out the money already paid between yourselves. The person taking your place pays the remaining balance to Amola Enterprises, LLC.
Name changes can be completed up to 2 weeks prior to the event. No name changes will be made after the deadline.

Should travel to the destination become impossible, the trip will be rescheduled to a date 6 to 12 months in the future. For example, if the trip is scheduled for May 2023 it may be rescheduled to April 2024.
