Arrival to Dubai International Airport: And transfer + check-in at the hotel.
Feel free to arrive at any time. Many flights will arrive late evening, so don’t worry, you won’t be missing out on anything regardless of when you land.
You’re encouraged to settle in and simply rest, because come tomorrow, the whirlwind of magic begins.
Breakfast: At the hotel.
Private City Tour: Discover modern Dubai including a visit to “At the Top” 124th floor of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium.
Back at the hotel: Past noon.
Dubai Desert: Embark on an afternoon desert safari excursion, followed by a BBQ dinner at a Bedouin style Camp. Be sure to try the sand boarding there if time allows.

Travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi: It will be around 1.5 to 2 hours.
Full-day Abu Dhabi Guided tour: It's the ideal introduction to the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
Includes the following iconic sites: the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque, the Heritage Village, Corniche, the Emirates Palace, the Saadiyat Island Project, and more.
FREE time: By early evening, you can enjoy the rest of your time at your own pace.
Breakfast: At the hotel.
Dubai Marina Harbor: This is where you will embark on a luxury yacht tour cruising through iconic landmarks such as Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab.
BBQ Lunch: Onboard.
Shop at Deira: After the cruise, you will transfer to an abra, a traditional water taxi, and head to mix and mingle with merchants of all origins in bustling alleys within both the Gold and the Spice Souk.
FREE time: By early evening, you can enjoy the rest of your time at your own pace.

FREE time: Full day is at your own disposal. You may explore Dubai further or spend some quality shopping time.

No, this go-round flights are NOT included in the price, but you can check Secretflying.com, Priceline.com, and Kayak.com to find competitive flight prices on the market.

If your flight has you arriving a day early, you can let us know your budget and we’ll recommend a reasonably priced hotel.

The trip is non-refundable; however, it is transferable. This means you are permitted to resell your slot to another participant, but Black Travel Fest is unable to offer a refund. We’ll do our best to assist you in finding a replacement.
Yes, airport transfers are included in the package price. Note that you will likely be transported to the hotel with other participants, which may require you to wait for up to an hour after landing.

All payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another traveler for a fee of $75. Trip insurance can help if you have a need to cancel unexpectedly.

Q: what is the policy for name changes should i need to transfer my reservation?
Name changes are permitted for $75 per person. Name changes are NOT permitted for Roomie Matching Program. Name changes can only be made with people not currently booked for the event. The person taking your place needs to register with a staff member at Amola Enterprises, LLC and provide their credit card information. You must work out the money already paid between yourselves. The person taking your place pays the remaining balance to Amola Enterprises, LLC.
Name changes can be completed up to 2 weeks prior to the event. No name changes will be made after the deadline.
